You and your team enter a themed room full of mystery and realistic scenarios, where you have exactly 60 minutes to uncover clues, solve puzzles, and complete your mission. It is the perfect activity to share with friends, family, or work colleagues.

We kindly ask the entire team to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. This time is essential for your Game Master to welcome you calmly, explain the safety rules, and introduce you to the story of your adventure.

All our games, clues, audio content, and customer service are fully prepared and available in Portuguese and English. Coimbra welcomes visitors from all over the world, and we guarantee a 100% bilingual and seamless experience for everyone.

The process is simple, fast, and secure. Simply visit our website, choose your favourite room or outdoor game, select your preferred date and time from the calendar, and fill in your team details. Your booking is immediately confirmed on our platform.

Yes. Rescheduling or cancellation requests can be made by email or phone.

Up to 2 days before the game date: rescheduling and cancellations are free of any additional charge.

Rescheduling:
• The day before the game: 20% fee on the total amount paid.
• On the day of the game: 30% fee on the total amount paid.

Cancellations:
• The day before the game: 70% refund of the total amount paid.
• On the day of the game: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Outdoor games: the same rescheduling and refund fees as indoor games (escape rooms) apply, regardless of external conditions beyond our control, especially weather conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the conditions up to 2 days before the game and, if needed, reschedule or cancel free of any additional charge.

To ensure maximum comfort, safety, and excellent participation from all team members within the scenarios, our rooms are designed for a maximum capacity of 7 players per room.

If your group exceeds 7 players, the most fun and recommended solution is to split into two or more themed rooms within the same time slot. This creates a fantastic friendly competition between your teams to see who completes the mission in the shortest time!

We have rooms with completely different atmospheres in Coimbra. If you are looking for adventure, magic, or classic mystery, School of Magic or Orient Express are perfect and highly immersive choices. If you prefer a good dose of adrenaline and psychological suspense, our horror rooms, such as Nightmare Hotel or The Orphanage, will test your limits. You can check the intensity level on each room's page before booking.

Our challenges are based on logical thinking, interpretation, communication, and teamwork. You do not need any previous knowledge or physical strength. In addition, each group is monitored in real time by a dedicated Game Master who will provide small hints if you get stuck on a puzzle, ensuring the game keeps moving and remains fun throughout.

They are adventures that transform the streets of Coimbra into a real-life game board! Upon arrival at our store, your team receives digital tools and a physical kit with portable technological gadgets. From there, you explore the city independently and at your own pace, interacting with local monuments and history to solve the mission against the clock.

Our outdoor games are designed for teams of 2 to 5 players. If your group is larger, we divide participants into multiple teams competing simultaneously through the city streets, making the experience even more exciting.

It depends on the game you choose: Coimbra Blackout is an epic, extended challenge lasting 180 minutes (3 hours); Last Chance Coimbra lasts 120 minutes (2 hours) and The Last Pirate King lasts 60 minutes (1 hour). Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Our indoor space can accommodate up to 35 players simultaneously, properly distributed across our 5 game rooms (with a maximum of 7 players per scenario). For larger groups or school trips, our outdoor games perfectly complement the logistics, allowing dozens of people to play at the same time throughout the city.

Yes, absolutely! All our rooms and outdoor adventures are prepared to challenge and entertain teams of just 2 players. The selected room is always 100% private for the couple, with no shared space with strangers, making it an excellent idea for an original date.

Yes, we love helping create special moments! Whether it is to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or even an original marriage proposal, you can coordinate everything in advance with our Game Master. Simply make your booking online and send us an email with the instructions so we can integrate your surprise into one of the game's final puzzles.

It is not mandatory. Our rooms are monitored in real time on camera by our Game Masters. For safety and operational reasons, customers are not allowed inside the R.E.G.I. (control room).

We are located at Avenida Fernão de Magalhães 491, 3000-177 Coimbra. It is a central avenue with excellent visibility and very easy access, whether you come on foot from the historic area, by car through the city's main roads, or by local public transport (SMTUC), which has several stops nearby.
